Actress Samantha is a busy heroine presently in Tollywood and Kollywood with many projects in her hand. Now the latest buzz is that she is going to play the female lead role opposite Hero Kaarthi in a new film titled "Biryani". The movie is said to be bilingual film and it will be made in both Tamil and Telugu languages.
Venkat Prabhu, who has earlier directed the Ajith’s Gambler, is going to direct this project. Gnanavel Raja is going to produce the film on Studio Green banner.The film is said to a romantic comedy entertainer.
As per the sources director Venkat Prabhu is looking for a popular face that can attract audiences from both the languages.So Venkat Prabhu and Gnanavel have approached Samantha to play the lead role,however the actress is yet to give her nod.If every this goes well then this project will hit the floors in August.
